He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wendall, Shirley Slayton and Bud Tuthill. He is survived by: his close friend Kristen Wilcox; his sons, Dylan Tuthill, Taryn and Tucker Tuthill; his parents, Ann Slayton and Bill Tuthill (Carma Stark); his brother Jason (Gloria); his daughter Tammy; his stepsister Aubrey Stark-Miller; his grandmother Ruth Tuthill; his niece Tammy; his cousin Kylee Bezio; his uncle Mike; and his aunt Sue Bourdeau. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
