She is survived by: her mother Charlene Wescom Duffy; her significant other Tracy Myers of Johnson; her son Kyle Smith of Johnson; her siblings, Sherry Duffy, William Smith of Johnson, Shelly Lopez (Nick) of Morrisville and Shena Caldwell (Matt) of Johnson; her nieces and nephews, Anthony Goslette, Amanda Murray, Amber Goslette, Joshua Wheelock and Chaice Lopez; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Destiny Goslette, Emily Murray, Hailey Murray, Izaiah Wheelock and Jacob Lewia; and her grandson Jamison Mayo.
