He is survived by: his parent Josie Perkins (Brickett); his sons, David Perkins of Johnson and Brian Perkins (Pam) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Matthew Perkins (Beth), Christopher Perkins (Claudia), Andrew Perkins (Aryelle), Giles Perkins, Jenifer Baker and Jason Pitts; his sister-in-law Patricia Hubbard; and his nieces and nephews, Bill, Eileen Perkins, Mike Blanchard, Eugene, Gene Childers, Susie, Craig Mugford, Eleanor and Clint Casavant.
