He was predeceased by: his son Curtis; and his sister Arlene Keith. He is survived by: his wife Addie Curtis; his children, Ken Jr., Mary Salls-Audet, Scott and Addie Mae; and his brother Thomas Salls (Pamela). He is also survived by grand children and great grandchildren.
