He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ratta and Ernestine Ratta (Hebert); his son-in-law Larry Garner (Randy); and his siblings-in-law, Louise Gendron, Ronnie Seimiatkoski, Reginald Cusson, William Gendron and Richard Cusson.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Marie Cusson; his daughter Michelle Garner of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Lauren, Lorenzo, Logan and Sammy; his son Michael (Bonnie) of Amherst; his grandchildren, Makayla, Michael III, Bradan, Kasen, Tallon and Aubrea; his son Jeremy (Elizabeth) of Lincoln; his grandson Oliver; his siblings, Carline Seimiatkoski, Annette (Roland Jacques), Tammy (George Valeriay) and Mark (Renee); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Cusson, Gloria (Jim Pratt), Jeannette Cusson, Ronald (Betty Cusson) and Rene (Peggy Cusson). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
