She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Cacchio and Treva Cacchio (Morey). She is survived by: her husband Darrell Meulemans; her children, Gregory L. Meulemans (Patricia), Diane M. Runstadler (Peter), Marci J. Dixon (Jerry) and Darla A. Meulemans (Gina Albanese); her sisters, Jeanne Kaplan and Lorna Shafer; her grandchildren, Andrea, Peter, Rigin and Zenia; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln and Silas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
