It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Colby of Jeffersonville, Vermont, who passed away on July 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen (Roberts) and Henry McBride; her former spouse Lambert Jerome "Jerry" Aske Jr.; her daughter Karen (Tim Simmons) of Norfolk, UK; her husband Theron "Tom" Colby of Warren, VT; her children, Susan "Wendy" Brauer (Aske) of Warren, VT and Eric Aske (Sara-Inés); her grandchildren, Lauren (Crawford Apple), Charles Tompkin of Shelburne, VT, Charlotte (Peter Reynolds) of Kendal, UK, Ellen (Philipp Hamann) of Cologne, DE, William Simmons of London, UK and Magnus Aske of Boston, MA; her great grandchildren, Ruby, Isla Hamann and William Appleby; and her siblings, Susan Crowley of South Hero, VT, Henry McBride Jr. of Climax, NC and William McBride. She was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
