Blouin Jr. of Jeffersonville, Vermont, born in Saint Albans, Vermont, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine LaMotte and Arthur C. Blouin Sr.; his children, Jeremy and Shannon Ayotte; and his sister Gail Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Blouin; his sons, Jacques, Andre Blouin and Devyn Draleaus; and his siblings, Linda Houghton, Sharon Taylor, William Houghton, Ann Moore and Jeffrey Blouin.
