He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Whitehill and Arlene Maxwell; his brother Donald Whitehill; his brother-in-law Larry Petit; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Zillah "Jiggs" Petit.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Whitehill of Island Pond, VT; his children, Aimie Garland of Island Pond, VT and Michelle Strong (Matthew) of Stowe, VT; his grandson Noah Strong; his brother Reginald Whitehill of East Charleston, VT; his sister-in-law Katherine Whitehill of Waterford, VT; his parents-in-law, Lewis, Karen Petit of Burlington, VT, Tom, Donna Petit of Newport, VT, Gary, Edna Petit of Coventry, VT, William Heath of Plainfield, N. H., Everett, Laurie Petit of Delaware, Lisa Hurd of Newport, VT and Ernest Petit of Coventry, VT; and his close friend Rev. Robert Cargill (Carol). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
