He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Maxwell and Blanche Maxwell; his wife Barbara Smith of Derby; his siblings, June Bingham, Dwight Maxwell, Joyce Cross, Robert Maxwell and Doug Maxwell; and his son Ronald Maxwell (Debra) of Bangor, ME..
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda (David Sykes) of Island Pond and Sherry (Jake Kocis) of Dale Bluff, TX.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and by 3 sisters-in-law.
