With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley A. Moreau of Irasburg, Vermont, born in Exeter, New Hampshire, who passed away on January 18, 2023 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley A. Moreau to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana Wiggin and Beatrice Wiggin (Russell); her brother-in-law Paul Kelley; and her son-in-law Douglas Graham. She is survived by: her husband Normand Moreau; her children, Lois Perry (John) of Belmont, VT, Normand R. Moreau of Reno, NV and Diane Graham (Butch Provencher) of Newport, VT; her grandson Jason Perry (Lynn); her children, Melissa Friel (Sean), Tyler Graham (Casarra), Connor Graham, Mary Rose Moreau, Raquel Gigliotti (Francesio) and Vanessa Moreau; and her siblings, Edwin Wiggin (Brenda Ray) of Salisbury, MA, Dana Wiggin (Debra) of Grand Rapids, MI and Barbara Kelley of Hudson, FL.. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
