He is survived by: his wife Eileen McKeown; his children, Donna Grun of Shirley, NY, Mary Goodwin (Patrick) of Center Moriches, NY, Ronald Fichter (Deborah) of Shirley, NY and Robert Fichter (Susan) of Shirley, NY; his grandchildren, Emily, Olivia, Elizabeth, Gillian, Ronald Jr., Madelyn, Jacob, Nicholas, Daniel, Ryan, Selina, Samuel, Luke and Brooke; his great grandchildren, Jack and Stella; and his sister Linda Bennett (Dale) of Ohio.
