He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert and Jacqueline. He is survived by: his wife Claire (Cote); his children, Jo-Ann Johnson (Gary), Denis Jaquish (Karen), Charles Jaquish (Kathy) and Ann Jenne (Randy); his sister Janet Chadwick; his grandchildren, Brandy (Normand), Kristopher (Virginia), Jessica, Nicholas, Geoffroy and Michael; his great grandchildren, Evan and Jacob; and his siblings-in-law, Yolande Cody, Joanne Comstock (Dana) and Maurice Cote (Monica). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
