He is survived by: his former wife Patti; his children, Michael Mazzola (Dayna) of Bear and Nicole O'Brien (David) of Roswell, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew Mazzola, Pierce and Brooks O'Brien; his stepchildren, Sean Murphy (Erin) of Bakersfield, VT and Lisa Prive (Joel) of Morrisville, VT; his stepgrandchildren, Teagan, Madison Murphy, Katelyn, Emilie and Zachary Prive; and his wife Janet Cootware Murphy.
