Weldon Van Horn Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Weldon Van Horn (Huntington, Vermont), born in Humbird, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 9, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Horn and Marjorie Van Horn (Biggar); his siblings, Wilson, Bernard, JoAnn and Beverly; and his granddaughter Kelli.
He is survived by: his close friend Christine Savage; his wife Christine; his children, Dana (Patty), Patrick, Mike (Liz), Benita (Mark) and Cindy; his siblings, Barbara, Jackie and Richard; his grandchildren, Theron (Mallory), Jeremy, Ryan, Alex (Ava) and Madison (Carson); and his great grandchildren, Sofia, Audrie and Oliva.
Special love and thanks go to the devoted caregivers and staff at the St. Albans Health Care and Rehabilitation Center where Weldon spent the last three years with late stage Alzheimer's disease.
