He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Potvin and Germaine Potvin (Hamel); and his brothers, Robert Potvin, Dr. Louis Potvin (Dorothy), Rev. Thomas Potvin and Atty.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou (Roberts); his children, Michelle Baughman (Eric) of Storrs-Mansfield, CT, Paul Jr. of Neptune City, NJ, John (Judith) of Downey, CA, Peter (Tracy), James (Paul Costantino) of Kennebunkport, ME, Thomas (Susan) of Stafford Springs, CT and Donald of Imperial Beach, CA.; his siblings, Anne McIntosh of Charlton, MA, George Potvin (Dominica) of Sturbridge, MA and Catherine Wilbur (Glenn) of Greenbrier, TN; his siblings-in-law, Bernice Potvin of Houston, TX, Virginia Potvin of Yarmouth, MA, Glenna Dayney (Roberts) of Bowie, MD, Dr. Robert McIntosh and Edward Roberts; and his daughter-in-law Dede Potvin. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
