It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rose Severance (Hubbardton, Vermont), born in Winterport, Maine, who passed away on April 19, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis L'Heureux and Marion L'Heureux (Freeman); her husband Melvin E. Landon Sr.; her son Frank E. Landon; her sister Shirley Bent; and her stepdaughters, Ann McNaughton and Marjorie Wood (Bruno).
She is survived by: her former husband Ralph Severance; her pet Thomas; her children, Erica Senecal (Jeffry), Castleton Landon and Melvin E. Landon Jr. of Rutland; her stepson Marty Landon of Middlebury; her grandsons, John Landon, Thomas Senecal and Troy Senecal; and her great grandchildren, Jeremiah Pierro, Caleb Landon, Jacob Landon and Neveah Mullen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and step grandchildren.
