He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Duell Ballard and Vera Tracy Ballard; his siblings, Conrad Tracy Ballard and MaryJane Ballard Jones (Curtis Jones); his nephew Scott Jones; his wife Kay Rivers Ballard; his children, Marci Ballard Weishaar (John C. Weishaar), Stan Robert Ballard and MaryJane Ballard (Ronald Derouchie); and his granddaughter Bonnie L. Weishaar. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the McClure Miller Respite House in Colchester.
