Joyce Shepard Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Shepard of Hinesburg, Vermont, born in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away on August 18, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Lavalette and Victorine Lavalette (Francis); her husband Floyd L. Shepard; her children, Robyn L. Borden August, Cheryl McGinnis (David), Lawrence Shepard (Sandra), Terry Shepard (Mary) and Jay Shepard (Eileen); her grandchildren, Erik Shepard, Todd McGinnis, Kelly Shepard, Kristen Chalmers, Chad Shepard, Scott Borden, Wendy Mehaffey, Samantha Byrne and Hannah Shepard; and her sisters, Gloria Lynch and Teresa Julien. She was also cherished by her 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
