He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his sons, Ronald and Evan; his parents, Jolyon Spivack and Dorothy Spivack; his sister Faye (Mark Kushinsky); his mother-in-law Barbara Carter; his brothers-in-law, Jonathan (Veronica Carter) and Robert (Lisa Carter); his nieces and nephews, Shaul Kushinsky (Rebecca Somach), Dahlia Kushinsky, Nex Carter and Kelsyn Carter; and his great-nephews, Ronald and Evan.
