He was predeceased by: his father Verne McDonald; and his son Justin McDonald. He is survived by: his mother Jean McDonald; his wife Priscilla McDonald; his sisters, Susan Barden and Melanie Gay; and his children, Nara McDonald, Alyssa Rich, Ketura Rich and Gabriel Rich. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
