He was predeceased by: his brother Norman Wainer. He is survived by: his sons, Louis Todd Wainer (Holly Thompson), Jason Wainer (Laura), Jeffrey Wainer (Zoë), Jonathan Wainer (Ashley) and Tyler Wainer (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Bradley, Alexandra, Laila, Conrad, Marley, Bryce, Milo and Charlotte; and his sister Joan Lane.
