She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Bessette and Lillian Bessette of Shelburne; her family Princess; her son-in-law Ray Kenyon of Hinesburg; her children, Lillian Lowell of Starksboro, Maryann (Robert Wheeler) of Swanton, Maurice Martin (Moe) of Essex, Gail (Jim MacDougal) of Hinesburg and Charles Goodspeed (Nicole Gingras) of Williston; her sisters, Mary Fisher and Frances Bessette of Burlington; her daughter Irene Kenyon of Hinesburg; her son-in-law Wesley Lowell (Duck) of Starksboro; her sisters, Agnes Bessette, Arzelle Sears, Helen Harris and Mildred Monahan; and her grandchildren, Kayla, Lucas and Mason.
