He is survived by: his wife Anne (Breer); his sons, Patrick Fortin (Isabel Sharp) of Hinesburg, VT, Stephan (Marcela Fortin) of Orlando, FL and Samuel (Hannah Fortin) of Monkton, VT.; his granddaughter Stela Fortin; his siblings, Thomas (Marge Fortin) of Hinesburg, VT, Nicole (Dave Sherwin) of Ormond, FL and Jeffrey Fortin of Monkton, VT.; his in-laws, Maryellen Manville of Tennessee, Brad (Claire Breer) of Westminster, MD, Jodi Breer of Pennsylvania and Susie Walbridge of Morseville, VT.; and his friend Frank Provost. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Allen's memory to the ALS Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
