It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Millard of Hartland, Vermont, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phillip White, Jean Rugg (Bob), Mary Davis (Lawrence), Virginia Ide and Nancy Dow (Vincent); and his brother-in-law William "Bill" Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Anne (Allen); his children, Jeffrey White (Jill Spencer-White), Rebecca Gross (Carl Gross), Mitchell White (Lori), Gretchen White (Karen Bisbee) and Matthew White (Glenda); his grandchildren, Tyler Freeman-Rosales (Rey Rosales), Riley White (Walter Todt), Connor White (Bethany White), Ethan White and Morgan White; his brothers, Richard White (Edith), Robert "Bobby" White and Paul White (Janie); and his siblings-in-law, Jean Allen and Jim Ide. He is also survived by several cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.
