He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard F. Wendling and Kathryn D. Wendling; his wife Carolyn; his sister Marjorie Wakefield; his godchildren, Daniel Hunter and Denise Direnzo; and also, Leo and Betty. He was also cherished by niece and several nephews.
