Dow of Hartland, Vermont, born in Windsor, Vermont, who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard White and Marion White; her husband Vincent Dow; and her siblings, Jean, Virginia, Mary and Philip.
She is survived by: her brothers, Thomas (Ann), Richard (Edith), Robert and Paul (Janie); her children, John, Barbara, Timothy, Deborah (Paul) and Jennifer; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Tanner, Jadie, Elizabeth, Max and Abigail. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to continued Covid concerns a funeral/reception will be held in the spring of 2022.
