It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laurene Emily Hammond of Hartland, Vermont, born in Randolph, Vermont, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Morrill and Leona Inez Morrill (Collins); her husband Basil; her son David Justin Hammond; and her sister Shirley Libby.
She is survived by: her children, Forrest Myles Hammond (Colleen) of Hartland and Arden Jan Tingley (Ralph) of New London, NH; and her siblings, Richard Morrill (Ruth) of Webster, NY and Anne Hewitt (Floyd) of Essex Junction, VT. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
