He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Neil Sweet and Vena Sweet (Besaw); his daughter Angela Sweet; his brother Richard Sweet; his wife Lisa Sweet; his daughter Erica Sweet (Girard LeCouffe); his grandchildren, Blake, Brock and Lilli; his stepgrandson Girard LeCouffe, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Kylee of Hartland and Kolt of Hartland; and his siblings, Neil Sweet (Barbara) of Dalton, NH, Bruce Sweet (Cheryl) of Ocala, FL and Linda French of Hartland.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Knight Funeral Home (903 Hartford Ave., White River Junction, VT 05001). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hartland Village Cemetery (10 Station Rd, Hartland, VT 05048).
