He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Locke and Phyllis Locke; his sons, Earl Locke of Burlington, VT and Jeffery Locke; his grandchildren, Summer Mclaughlin, Brandi Hilliard of Florida, Gracie Locke of Hartland and Elijah Kingsbury of Keene; and his sister Mary Devins (George) of White River.
