He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton "Harold" Washburn Sr. and Anna O. Washburn (Whitcomb); and his sister Winnabel "Chicky" Sinz. He is survived by: his wife Sue M. Stoddard; his daughter Brenda S. Haines (Glen) of Springfield, VT; his sister Mary Ann Griffin of Bethel, VT; and his mother-in-law Lois "Peg" Stoddard of St. Johnsbury, VT. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
