He was predeceased by: his grandmother Rosalie Mayotte (Besaw); and his uncle John Mayotte. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis J. Mayotte, Sr. of Quechee and Dawn Mayotte (Marchand) of Worcester, MA; his wife Jennifer Mayotte (Jones) of Quechee; his stepmother Tricia Mayotte-Crawford of Quechee; his siblings, Todd Mayotte (Laura) of Worcester, Dan Mayotte (Nikita) of Newport, NH, Keith Mayotte (Jessica) of Worcester and Keirstyn Miller (Greg) of Charlotte, NC; and his aunts and uncles, Donald, Tina Mayotte of Etna, NH, Steve Mayotte of Wilder, VT, Dawn and Gary Daly of Worcester. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
