With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Avard Benton (Hartford, Vermont), born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on January 4, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred W. Benton and Margaret Benton (Kenerson). He is survived by: his wife Mary Booth-Benton (Malloy); his children, Lisa Philbrick (Kelly) of Franconia, NH and Michael Benton (Tiffany) of Swampscott, MA; his stepson Mark Booth (Amy) of Manchester, NH.; his brother Alfred (Cynthia) of Rochester, NH.; his grandchildren, Erika, Aimee, Cadin, Quinn and Devan; and his great grandchild Charlotte.
