It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Haskins of Hancock, Vermont, born in Morrisville, Vermont, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Karen Worden and Wayne Haskins Jr. A Celebration of Penny's. She is survived by: her children, Theresa May (Matthew) of Waterbury and Onica Fernandez (Chris) of Waterbury; her significant other Jerry Buker of Hancock; her stepson Collin Buker of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Kristi Clark, Spencer Forkey, Kamden May, Reid May, Addisyn Fernandez, Harper Fernandez, Sawyer Fernandez and Bodhi Fernandez; her great grandchild Karsyn Gallagher; and her siblings, Jerry Haskins (Kathy) of Loris, Richard Haskins (Barb) of Morrisville, Jeffrey Haskins (Joan) of Duxbury, Tom Haskins of Morrisville, Greg Haskins of Waterbury Center and Barbara Carpenter of Waterbury Center.
