Jeffrey; his son Chester George Baxter III (Nichole D. Baxter); his grandchildren, Zackery M. Baxter and Arianna C. Baxter; his daughter Jennifer Baxter; and his grandchildren, Megan F. Baxter and Nickolas J. Baxter.
