Shirley Beamis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Beamis of Groton, Vermont, who passed away on December 8, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Sheila Darling (French); her stepfather Clifford Darling; her sister Victoria Beamis; her brother-in-law Gerald "Sonny" Pierce; her brother Glenn Darling; her sister-in-law Linda Darling; her uncles, Glenn French and Richard French; her aunt Shirley French; and her cousin Bonnie French.
She is survived by: her nieces, Tracy Ash and Ginger Harrington (Mike); her great-nephews, Eric Lang (Katie) and Tyler Ash; her great-niece Alicia Cogswell (Steve); and also, Calvin Lang, Alex Welch and Jason Cogswell.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Shirley's name to the National Diabetics Association; Vermont Humane Society, or BMU Scholarship fund.
