He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Blair and Iola Blair (Moulton); his brother Ronald Max Blair; and his son-in-law Coley Dixon. He is survived by: his spouse Sally-Jo Blair (French); his daughters, Andrea Blair (J. D. Schall) of Louisville, KY and Alissa Dixon; his grandsons, Nicolas and Jacob Dixon of Louisburg, NC; his children, Adrianne Blair of Louisville, KY and Michael Jared Blair (Trisha Gautreau) of Piermont, NH.; his brother Peter Blair (Diane) of Holly Springs, GA.; his mother-in-law Josephine French; and his siblings-in-law, Peter, Shauna Kimball, Michael, Sandy Keller, Larry, Su-Ann Sulham, Jon and Janet French.
