He was predeceased by: his parents, George J Welch and Violet Welch (Minshull); his wife Darlene Welch; his siblings, Catherine Haskell, Shirley Maxwell, Carlos Welch George Welch and Roy Welch Sr.; and his great grandchild Grace Welch.
He is survived by: his former wife Donna Carbee; his grandchildren, Gene III, Rebecca, Christina, Daylan, Stephen, Floyd, Josh, Felicia, Regina, Jessie, Kim, Robert Jr., Justina, Jenna, Dakota, Jeffery, Waylon, Wyatt, Shirley, Michael, Taylor, George Jr., Owen and Elizabeth; and his great grandchild Gene Welch IV. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
