He was predeceased by: his son Kent "Kappy" Page; his parent Michael; his son Thomas W. Page (Janet); and his grandchildren, Andrew and Jocelyn Page.
He is survived by: his significant other Laura "Bing" Avery; and his parent De-Ann Page Welch. He is also survived by his son and grandchildren.
