Cook of Santa Fe, NM; his son S. Andrew Cook of Grafton, VT; and his brothers, James C. Cook of Greensboro, VT and Paul Cook of Lincoln, MA.. He was also cherished by six step children, sixteen adoring step grandchildren, and three step great grandchildren.
