He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest M. Riley and Abbie W. Riley (Payne); and his wife Lorraine Riley. He is survived by: his children, Loriann Riley, Pamela Austin, Sylvia Rouleau, Winston Smith, Steven Smith, Robert Smith and David Smith; his niece Cheryle; and also, John, Dennis, Patrick, Michael and Danny.
