She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Blow and Jessie Blow (Parizo); her former spouse Percy Dubuque; her children, Brad, Russell, Perry Dubuque and Wanda Sweetser; and her sister Madge Coro.
She is survived by: her husband Leslie Gardner of Grand Isle; her children, DeAnn Wabuti of So, Burlington, Sherry Dubuque (Wolf) of Milton, Lori Gardner of Swanton and Michael Gardner (Julie) of Fl; her grandchildren, Robert, Cassy, Marla, Crystal, Percy, Anthony, Carrie, Marisha, Ashley and Jennifer; her sisters, Florence Gover of So, Burlington and Dolores "Jo" Gardner of So; and her daughter-in-law Diane Dubuque of Fairfax. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Due to COVID 19, Phyllis' family has decided to wait to celebrate her life later in the year when safer for all to attend.
