He is survived by: his parent-in-law Shirley Prushko; his wife Shirley Prushko (Campbell); his sons, Robert Hamilton of Des Moines, IA, William Hamilton of South Burlington and James Hamilton of Des Moines, IA; and his grandchildren, Christopher Prushko, Dakoda Hamilton, Skyeler Hamilton, Joe Hamilton and Brooke Hamilton. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
