He is survived by: his children, Gerald Shepard, Jr. (Cindy) of Grand Isle, Timothy Shepard (Louise) of Colchester, Tina Abentroth (Tom) of St. Petersburg, FL and Karen Haines (Chris) of Essex; his grandchildren, Julia Reed (Brad), Nicholas Shepard (Lucia), Jacob, Wyatt, Silas, Travis, Kyle, Heather (Timothy Shover), Sasha Abentroth, Jason Shepard and Brandi Sutton; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Zander, Isaac Reed, Monty, Lavay, Iris, Cypress Shepard, Callie, Marlie, Edson Abentroth, Jillian and Mowgli Sutton; and his siblings, Theresa Lavalette, Neil Shepard (Barbra) of Colchester and Lynn Shepard (Ann) of Williston. He is also survived by several brother/sister-in-laws, and many nieces/nephews.
