He is survived by: his friend Willow Hosanna; his wife Pamela; his child Dulcinea (Jesse Juenger, Abraham); his grandchildren, Caden, Kami and Kinsley; his children, Elijah Begins, Zachariah Maple and Moriah Hosanna; his brother Fred Blair (Ric Churchill); and his pets, Stuart and Tata. He is also survived by 5 children and 4 grandchildren he was the best Father that any child.
