He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Pelkey and Virginia Pelkey (Duchaine); his daughter Patricia Doak; and his siblings, Mary Louise Dussault, Margaret Steven, Arthur Pelkey, Lawrence Pelkey, Oscar Pelkey, Claude Pelkey and Wallace Pelkey.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pelkey; his daughter Coleen Pelkey of Isle LaMotte; and his grandchildren, Evelyn Wilson and Cristine Schilling. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
