He is survived by: his wife Diane Weisner; his daughters, Amelia Cook and Shannon Cook; his parents, Andy Cook (Beverlee) and Paddy Cook; his siblings, Emily Cook, Alison Cook Anderson (Dan), Jennifer Cook and Stuart Cook (Stacey); and also, Michael Komorowski, Megan Hogle (John) and Kristin Wanlin (Matthew).
