He is survived by: his fiancée Carrie Merritt; his children, Zackery Mickelonis of Milton, Samantha Conway (Mickelonis) and Jeremy "Jay" Mickelonis of Fort Lewis, Washington; his brother John Morton of Milton; his grandson Jacob; and his stepchildren, Scott Merritt of Gilman, Wayne Merritt of Gilman, Kathy Luster of Gilman and Andy Merritt of Maine.
