He is survived by: his parents, Gary Brooks and Gail Brooks (Mackay) of Gilman, VT; his daughter Addiah Daine of Lisbon, NH; his grandmother Claire Shatney of Lyndonville, VT; and his siblings, Richard Brooks (Heidi) of Groveton, NH and Michelle Brault (Eric) of Bloomfield, VT. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
