Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Scott Sterling Coon (Georgia, Vermont), born in Burlington, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 47, on June 26, 2020. He is survived by: his parents, Sterling D. Coon and Janet F. Coon (Desmarais); his daughters, Makayla and Kendalyn; the mother of his children Toni Coon (Bissonnette) of Enterprise, Alabama; his brother Brent Coon (Janice Ladd); his nephew Joshua of Mount Pleasant; his niece Olivia of Burlington; his sister Valerie Lipman (Zachary); and his nieces and nephews, Aidan, Isaac and Maya of Redding. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to COVID-19, a celebration of his life followed by military honors will be scheduled at a later date when we are sure family and friends can travel and congregate safely.
